ExpertEase IMS offers the ability of Public Registration for teachers, which is a feature that enables teachers to register themselves on your institute system.
If your public registration configuration is set to require admin activation for registrations in ‘General Settings’ under the ‘Special Tasks Menu’, all new registrations requests created by teachers will be visible on the ‘Awaiting Approval’ tab on the teachers list page.
1. Access the ‘Teachers’ from the left main menu by selecting: Employees => Teachers.
2. Click on Teachers.
3. Click on ‘Awaiting Approval’ at the top right bar.
4. You can accept the registration request of a teacher by clicking on the green tick button that is in the operations column that is at the end of the relevant entry in the page that comes up after clicking the ‘Awaiting Approval’ tab.
You can view all the data supplied by a teacher in a registration request by clicking on their name
You can edit the data that relates to a leacher in the list by clicking on the blue edit button that is at the end of their entry. You can also remove a registration request by clicking on the red ‘Remove’ button that is denoted by an icon of a trash bin.
