All messages that are sent using the ExpertEase IMS system get saved in the Mail / SMS History section. You’ll be able to track the sending history for all messages sent by :
- Authorized users using Mail/SMS Module
- System modules ( Automatically configured from the Notification Actions section )
To check Mail/SMS sending History, navigate to the Mail / SMS Module from the left panel menu, followed by the History Tab
All messages that are sent through the ExpertEase IMS system will be listed in this section, with the following details :
- ID: Unique identifier of each message
- To: List to who this message to be delivered
- Type & Date
- Details of message
- Sender: Username or System
You’ll be able to delete the message history by clicking on the ‘Delete’ button that is located at the front of each message
