The permissions related to the mail / SMS Module are managed from within the ‘Role Permissions’ module button that is located in the Special Task menu.
The available permissions for Mail / SMS are as follows:
- Send Mail /SMS: Users who have this permission will be able to send Mail / SMS
- History: Users who have this permission will be able to see the Mail / SMS history for the entire institution
